Ways to get on court, whether it's your first time holding a racket or you're ready to make squash a regular thing. All events take place at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre.
We're marking Women's Squash Week with free, women-only taster sessions across two days, Tuesday 15 and Wednesday 16 September.
Each session is a single relaxed hour. It's a friendly chance to try squash for the first time, or to get back on court after a break. Come for the game, the fitness, or just to meet people. Whatever your age or fitness level, you'll be made welcome. Come on your own or bring a friend.
No experience needed, and no kit either. Just bring trainers and something comfortable to move in. Rackets and balls are on us.

New to squash and want to learn properly? Our six-week Squash 101 course is built for adults in their 20s to 40s who are starting from scratch.
Squash 101 is England Squash's national beginners' programme. It's all about fun, fitness and making new friends, not drilling technique until it's perfect. Each week you'll build your skills, get a proper workout, and finish the six weeks feeling confident on court and part of the club.

Leave your details and pick the session that suits. We will confirm by email or phone.
Drop us a line before you book. We're happy to help you pick the right session.
